• You will learn simple mediation practices and mindfulness techniques that will allow you to be more present for the joyful moments of your life and and more skillful in navigating the challenges.
• You are asked to attend all four classes & complete an evaluation form upon completion of the program.
• Fees/Donation - No fees, but attendance at all 4 sessions is required

NOTE: Class size will be limited to 10 students - If you're interested please complete the form below as soon as you can. 

• Matt is an experienced meditation practitioner, certified executive coach, and second year student in the Mediation & Mindfulness Teaching Certification Program, led by Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield.

Each class will consist of the following elements:

1. Welcome/Check-in - 10 minutes
2. Talk/presentation by Matt - 15  minutes
3. Guided Meditation Practice - 10 minutes
4. Question & answer/discussion period - 10 minutes

Classes will be offered via Zoom  Wednesdays on these dates:

• June 1 - What is mindfulness?
• June 8 - Mindfulness of the Body
• June 15 - Mindfulness of Emotions
• June 22 - Loving Kindness & Self Compassion
